Hello I’m Alice,
I help people like you feel calmer, more in control, and more connected to yourself. I work with deeply feeling introverts who often identify as highly sensitive or neurodivergent (and yes, I work with extroverts and ambiverts too!). Many of my clients struggle to know who they are beneath the self-doubt, overthinking, and relentless inner criticism.
The truth is, life can feel impossibly hard when you’ve spent years navigating difficult relationships, constant self-criticism, or the emotional fallout of growing up with parents who aren’t good at handling emotions. It’s exhausting. I get it, not just as a therapist, but as someone who’s been through the kind of darkness that makes you question if things can ever get better (spoiler, it really can.)

Why You Should Stop Setting New Years Resolutions
I used to love setting New Year’s Resolutions. I love planning. I’ve always been dreamer and in another life I was a high achiever – so I felt perfectly at home crafting out the perfect goals for my perfect new life.
What I know now is this pattern of perfectionism – setting idealistic but ultimately unrealistic goals kept me completely stuck. And I wonder if it’s the same for you.
